Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, generate leads, build solid client relationships, and promote the company's financial products and services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
Meet prospective clients to understand their financial requirements.
Promote and explain the company's financial products and services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Qualifications
