We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development - Solar EPC

Promax Power Limited is looking for experienced and result-oriented specialists to drive business development for our Solar EPC vertical.

Business segments
Utility-scale and ground-mounted solar projects
Commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects
Captive and open-access solar solutions
Associated power evacuation and electrical infrastructure

Key responsibilities
Identify and develop current Solar EPC opportunities
Build relationships with developers, IPPs, industries, institutions and commercial customers
Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle
Understand customer requirements and coordinate techno-commercial proposals
Participate in tenders, negotiations and commercial discussions
Develop channel partners, consultants and business associates
Track market developments and upcoming solar projects
Coordinate internally with engineering, estimation and project teams

Candidate profile




Relevant experience in Solar EPC sales or business development
Understanding of ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects
Established industry network will be preferred
Robust communication, negotiation and commercial skills
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
Willingness to travel as required
