Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely order processing.
Track sales orders and provide customers with regular updates on order status.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and customer visits.
Monitor pending enquiries, quotations,



and orders and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Perform other sales administration and coordination activities as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
