About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage and grow our business in the Pune region. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent customers, managing existing clients, generating sales leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Ahmednagar region.
Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential customers.
Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and customer meetings when required.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for installations, trials, and customer support.
Visit customers regularly and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners in the assigned territory.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas as required.





Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field.
3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B/technical sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and territory management.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, demos, and trials.
Candidates with experience in instrumentation, laboratory equipment, dairy/food testing, diagnostics, or technical products will be preferred.
