Main responsibilities:
Create weekly capacity planning/reports for the departments Contracting and Quality
Weekly adjustments of capacity planning in SAP
Create network plans for current orders/contracts
Correct/Adjust network plan supplements
Create network plan copies for securing sales quotes
Compare sales quotes with internal cost’s reporting and order notification/report
Processing of pending invoice dates from SAP for the Project managers
Create recent virtual work places in SAP
Transfer of employee absences planning into SAP

Education and Experience:
Commercial qualification/experience is advantage
Experience in SAP and Excel is necessary
Office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
