Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Executive – Website & Digital Solutions for our Kolkata office.

Location: Kolkata | Work From Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Connect with international clients and understand their business requirements.
Promote Website Development, Website Redesign, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing services.
Follow up with leads through calls and emails.
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations.
Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
Prepare daily sales and revenue reports.

Requirements




Excellent English Communication Skills are required.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Target-oriented and confident in client interaction.
Experience in IT Sales, Website Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for sales can apply.
