Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Design and configure SAP SD functionalities including:



Customer Master Data Material Master Sales Views Sales Order Processing Pricing & Conditions Credit Management Delivery Processing Shipping & Transportation Billing & Invoicing Output Management Returns and Complaints Management Intercompany and Third-Party Sales Configure and optimize ATP (Available-to-Promise), Backorder Processing, and Delivery Scheduling.
