Role: SAP Data Migration Consultant – BODS Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Experience: 5–8 Years Work Location: Pune We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Data Migration Consultant – BODS to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Retail transformation and store rollout program. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of SAP Data Migration experience, robust hands-on expertise in SAP Data Services (BODS), and proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA Retail / IS-Retail. The role involves building and executing extraction, transformation and load processes for retail master and transactional data, along with reconciliation, data validation, defect resolution and cutover support.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and unit-test SAP BODS jobs, dataflows and mappings.
Perform extraction, transformation and loading of retail data into SAP S/4HANA.
Work with retail objects across MM, SD, FI and IS-Retail.




Perform data profiling, validation, cleansing and reconciliation.
Support repeat/delta loads, mock migrations and go-live cutovers.
Troubleshoot migration defects and failed records.
Handle high-volume article, pricing and inventory data.
Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, legacy-system teams and business data owners.
