The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Security Operations:
Manage inbound and outbound processes
Oversee security personnel and activities
Ensure compliance with security protocols
Register Management:
Maintain and manage security registers and records
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Leadership:
Lead and motivate security teams
Provide training and guidance
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in security management
Robust leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with security protocols and regulations
