Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with 2–7 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, availability, and compensation.
Work on Contract, C2H, and Full-Time requirements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
Understand US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Have knowledge of US work authorization such as H1B, Green Card, EAD, TN, and US Citizens.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.




Negotiate compensation and assist candidates through the offer and onboarding stages.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
Achieve defined submission, interview, and hiring targets.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
Solid knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with major US job portals and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, C2H, and Full-Time hiring models.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven workplace.
Willingness to work in the US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
