Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify & E-Commerce Operations & Integration Specialist who will be responsible for managing our Shopify website, complete order processing workflow, payment and shipping integrations, APIs, and day-to-day ecommerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every order received through Shopify is correctly processed from order confirmation and payment verification through shipment, tracking, delivery, returns, replacements and refunds.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid hands-on experience with Shopify.
Strong knowledge of Shopify order and fulfillment management.
Experience with payment gateway integrations.
Experience with shipping/courier integrations.
Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks.
Knowledge of Postman or similar API testing tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify Liquid.
Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Ability to independently monitor and manage the complete order lifecycle.
