We are looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to coordinate and supervise our residential construction and interior projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Valuable experience in residential construction projects
Experience in interior and finishing works
Ability to coordinate site activities, workers, subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards
Monitor site progress and maintain project schedules
Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and the office team
Positive communication, problem-solving and site management skills
Experience: Minimum 3 Years Field: Residential Construction & Interior Works
Job Location: Kottayam & Nearby Districts
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA, based on skills and experience
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
