Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in managing residential high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for residential high-rise developments.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Prepare regular project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.




Drive continuous improvement and process optimization on site.
Manage engineering and construction aspects of residential high-rise projects
Develop and monitor project schedules and cost plans
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications
Resolve technical issues and prepare progress reports and documentation
Manage procurement and material delivery schedules
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
Mentor junior engineers and site staff
