About the RoleWe are looking for a Care Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day delivery of our services and ensure a smooth experience for seniors, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate care services.
- Create and maintain care plans based on individual needs.
- Coordinate caregiver assignments, schedules, attendance and replacements.
- Maintain regular communication with seniors and their families.
- Conduct periodic home visits and service-quality checks.
- Handle customer concerns and operational escalations.
- Monitor caregiver performance and support caregiver onboarding.
- Maintain client and caregiver records and basic MIS.
- Coordinate with hospitals,



doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Ensure UnoCura's care and service standards are followed consistently.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, home care, hospitality, customer service, operations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Compassionate and comfortable interacting with senior citizens and their families.
- Valuable problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Telugu and Hindi preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client/home visits.

Experience in home healthcare, elder care or patient care will be an advantage.
