We are looking for 2 Call Center Executives to join our Contact Center team based in India. The role will primarily involve outbound calling, lead follow-up, upselling, and appointment conversion.

Company: Better Life Clinic – Part of Thomsun Group

Better Life Clinic is a healthcare/clinic business. Our Digital Marketing team generates leads through various online campaigns, and the Call Center Executive will be responsible for contacting these leads, which are primarily customer enquiries.

The key responsibility will be to follow up with leads, understand their requirements, recommend and upsell relevant clinic services/packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.

Once the appointment is booked, the customer will visit the clinic, where our clinic team will take over and manage the patient/customer further.

We are therefore looking for candidates with excellent communication, convincing, sales, and upselling skills, along with experience in outbound calling and lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements





Excellent communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience

Age 22 years and above

Salary: INR 25,000–30,000 take-home per month

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Should have their own laptop and reliable internet connectivity

Candidates based in Pune, Delhi, Chennai, or Mumbai can be considered

Working Conditions

8-hour working shift

Any one weekly off

UAE public holidays will be followed

Casual leave and sick leave will be as per applicable Indian labour laws

Shift Timings

1st Shift: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (30-minute break)

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (30-minute break)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
