Main purpose of the role:

Ensure the caf operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

- Previous experience in the hospitality sector (caf, restaurant, hotel) an advantage;
- Barista experience is desirable but not essential;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage;
- Passion for food, coffee and ability to inspire customers;

Main duties

- Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based;
- Always ensure that customer satisfaction is the number one priority by greeting each customer as if it€,,s their first visit to the caf and consistently deliver an exceptional service;
- Adhere to all standards required including the policies, procedures,



instructions and guidelines set out for the caf;
- Assist customers to improve their knowledge of our food and beverages;
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store/caf policy;
- Merchandise and present the caf to the highest standard at all time and in accordance with relevant guidelines;
- Ensure that all areas of the caf/your area are kept clean and tidy to the required food safety standards.

About The Locality FULL TIME ONLY. No part timeposition available. We are a busy, friendly cafe located across from Marley Park in Rathfarnham. We are looking for a friendly hardworking and enthusiastic full time barista to join our team. The ideal person will have a positive attitude, be reliable, enjoy chatting with customers, work well under pressure and as part of a team in our busy cafe enviorment.

Barista Experience Is Preferred But Not Necessary.
