Business Development Executive – BIM & AEC Services
Roles & Responsibility:-
- Generate B2B leads from USA/UAE/UK AEC companies
- Identify architecture, engineering, construction and interior-design firms
- Cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Develop client relationships and follow up on opportunities
- Present PSK Build Space’s BIM/CAD outsourcing services
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and quotations
- Maintain CRM/lead pipeline and achieve business targets
