Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced BSS Solution Architect – Telecom B2B to lead the design and transformation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) capabilities for enterprise telecom products and services.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in either of below:

1.

Salesforce Communications Cloud & Revenue Billing Cloud

2.

Oracle Fusion Sales, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management, and Billing Cloud with proven experience in Telecom B2B product architecture, product catalog management, CPQ, order management, subscription lifecycle management, and billing.

The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements and finalizing and delivering solution architecture, product lifecycle management, commercial offer design, pricing and charging frameworks, and end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes for telecom enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead-to-Cash Architecture

•

Define and govern the end-to-end Telecom B2B Lead-to-Cash journey.

•

Design scalable product and commercial architectures across Sales, Product, Operations, and Billing domains.

•

Establish architecture standards and governance for product lifecycle management.

Product Catalog & Offer Management

•

Design enterprise product catalogs and commercial offer structures.

•

Define product hierarchy, decomposition, bundling, and relationship models.

•

Establish pricing, discounting, charging, and subscription frameworks.

•

Ensure consistency across Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management, and Billing systems.

CPQ & Commercial Architecture

•





Design complex B2B quoting solutions.

•

Support contract-based pricing, discount approvals, and enterprise agreements.

•

Define quote-to-order conversion processes.

Order Management & Fulfillment

•

Architect order capture and order orchestration processes.

•

Define integration patterns with fulfillment and provisioning systems.

•

Ensure seamless order flow across BSS and OSS ecosystems.

Subscription & Billing Architecture

•

Design recurring, one-time, and usage-based charging models.

•

Define subscription lifecycle processes.

•

Architect billing, invoicing, revenue management, and contract management capabilities.

Telecom Integration Architecture

•

Define integration architecture between CRM, Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, ERP, OSS and other external systems.

•

Drive API-led and event-driven architecture principles.

•

Ensure alignment with TM Forum Open APIs and telecom industry standards.

Product & platform experience (Any One Platform)

•

Salesforce Communications Cloud (CRM, CPQ, Product Catalog and Order Management) and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Billing

•

Oracle Fusion (Sales, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management, Account Receivable)

Technical Skills

•

Middleware (WSO2/MuleSoft/APISix)

Preferred Experience

•

10+ years of Telecom BSS experience.

•

10+ years experience as Product Architect, Solution Architect, or Domain Architect.

Robust understanding of telecom products such as:
