Role Description The Business Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position supports day-to-day operational activities across the clinic and research center, including coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with scheduling and resource allocation. The associate works closely with clinical, research, and support teams to streamline workflows, track key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include basic financial tracking, preparing operational reports,



supporting patient-facing processes such as registration and documentation, and helping implement process improvements. The role requires proactive communication, collaboration across departments, and a commitment to efficient, patient-centered operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Operations skills, including process coordination, workflow management, and basic understanding of healthcare or research operations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact sensitively with patients and families.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor operational metrics, and support decision-making with clear insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to prepare concise reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, such as basic budgeting, expense tracking, and working with financial documentation.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, management, or a related field, along with proficiency in office productivity tools and data management software.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, and prior experience in a healthcare or research setting are highly beneficial.
