Role SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Business Development Manager – IT Staffing (4–8 Years) to expand DigiMantra’s IT resource augmentation and staffing business. You will be responsible for acquiring recent enterprise/SMB clients, establishing vendor partnerships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT staffing solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new corporate/enterprise clients looking for IT staffing, contract bench hiring, and staff augmentation solutions.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, and network connections to engage decision-makers (Talent Acquisition Heads, VPs of Engineering, CTOs, HR Directors).
- Account Management & Closing: Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from initial client pitch,



requirement gathering, MSA/SOW negotiations, to candidate onboarding and relationship management.
- Requirement Handling: Work closely with the internal recruitment/delivery team to align developer/engineer profiles according to client specifications.
- Bench Sales & Augmentation: Pitch dedicated developer teams and bench resources to international and domestic clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 10 years of proven business development experience exclusively in IT Staffing / IT Staff Augmentation / IT Recruitment Services.
- Outreach Mastery: Hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email sequences, and cold calling techniques.
- End-to-End Sales: Proven track record of closing MSAs (Master Services Agreements) and managing account growth.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of US, UK, European, or Indian IT staffing models (Contract, C2H, Full-time).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong executive negotiation capability.
