About the RoleWe are looking for confident and enthusiastic Host Acquisition Interns to help us grow our network of property hosts.

You will identify potential hosts, connect with them, introduce Lushla.in, and help convert interested hosts into onboarded properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Find potential property hosts through Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Google, social media, etc.
- Build and maintain a database of leads.
- Contact hosts through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Pitch Lushla.in and understand host requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into onboarded properties.
- Coordinate with the team during onboarding.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and onboarding records.
- Work towards daily/weekly acquisition targets.

What We're Looking For




- Good Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Interested in sales, business development, startups, or hospitality.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage.
