Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhopal. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate market.

The Business Development

Executive will manage client accounts, conduct meetings and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs. Day-to-day activities include market research, outreach via calls and meetings, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, and supporting negotiations to close deals.



The role also requires tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing feedback to improve Nextdeal’s offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the client base.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to handle client relationships and oversee the sales lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Experience in real estate, technology platforms, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfort using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting for sales tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
