Roles and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Ocean import operations and customer service.
Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, overseas agents, transporters, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
Prepare and verify import shipping documents such as BL, invoice, packing list, shipping bill, checklist,BOE etc.
Manage Import documentation and operational activities.
Ensure timely filing and customs compliance for import shipments.
Follow up with customers and overseas agents regarding shipment status and document requirements.
Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely updates to customers.
Handle freight quotations and support customer service activities when required.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
Manifest BL based on requirements & splitting of hbl when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
