The Senior Fashion Consultant will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service and supporting the Store Manager/ASM in managing the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities Achieve individual and store sales targets. Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, sizes, fits and styling options.

Drive conversions and maximize sales opportunities. Maintain robust product knowledge. Ensure proper product display and availability. Support recent team members and Fashion Consultants. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain store cleanliness and presentation. Assist with stock replenishment. Maintain discipline and follow store SOPs. Support the ASM/Store Manager in daily operations.

Preferred

Profile 1–3 years of retail experience preferred. Fashion/lifestyle retail experience will be an advantage. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and target-oriented.
