Job Summary

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and integrations. The ServiceNow Developer will be part of the Engineering team responsible for development and support of ServiceNow products, including ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.

Responsibilities
Assist in development and implementation of applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities
Develop and implement integrations and workflows using Flow Designer, Integration HUB, REST
Collaborate with senior engineers and business analysts for high-quality delivery
Develop reusable code and improve test cases
Support execution of releases, upgrades, and technology deployments
Peer review code and design
Effectively communicate technical solutions
Work with onshore/offshore teams

Qualifications




5+ yrs of software development experience
Minimum 3 yrs in ServiceNow
Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science or equivalent
Robust knowledge in ITSM and CMDB
2+ yrs experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile
Valuable understanding of ServiceNow scripting, APIs, Portal
Certifications: CSA and/or CAD
