We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial interaction to deal closure.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role will be preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle customer conversations and follow-ups effectively.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in sales may also apply for the Sales Executive role.
