Your Tasks

- Drive volume and value targets for the assigned Modern Trade territory within budget and company policies.
- Manage key accounts, outlet promotions, strategic alliances, visibility, and shelf space.
- Execute approved schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Manage distributor performance, stock, claims, damages, orders, and monthly channel health.
- Manage merchandisers and promoters to ensure effective execution at outlets.
- Monitor outlet expenses, trade schemes, promotional investments, and claims.
- Ensure gold-standard merchandising, planogram compliance, visibility, and asset management.
- Track competitor promotions and provide timely market feedback.
- Maintain accurate outlet databases, MIS, and weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor business performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Your Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Business Management qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in Modern Trade.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
