Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with schools and educational institutions.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals, and present services that support school setup, management, and expansion. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, following up on leads, maintaining communication with stakeholders,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. The role also requires tracking sales activities, meeting growth targets, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in the education sector.

- Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate terms, and support long-term partnerships.

- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present services to diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in sales or business development, preferably within education or service-based industries.

- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel locally as required.

- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
