Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Business Development Executive - Intern based in the Pune Division. The intern will support new business development activities by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and assisting in outreach efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to lead generation campaigns, maintaining prospect databases, and coordinating introductory meetings or demos with senior team members.





The role involves assisting with account management tasks such as following up with prospects, documenting client interactions, and preparing basic proposals or presentations. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams, learn BinaryRoots’ service offerings, and help communicate value propositions to prospective customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business, with an interest in IT services and digital transformation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to support prospecting and client relationship activities.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
