Role Description The Business Development Executive will focus on expanding Eco Friendly Tech Solutions’ client base and partnership network in Tiruchirappalli. This full-time, on-site role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients. Daily responsibilities involve conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding training and staffing needs, and proposing suitable service offerings.





The role also includes managing key accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing and training teams to support campaigns, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess robust Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate agreements, and support client retention.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct presentations, engage with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development within education, training, or IT services is beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, use CRM tools, analyze market trends, and prepare structured reports is preferred.
