Role Summary

We are seeking an in office Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand ALLEN's reach across Uttar Pradesh. Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying business opportunities and building strategic relationships with schools and local partners.
- - Generating leads, conducting presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales/outreach process.
- - Coordinating with internal academic and marketing teams for promotional activities and keeping CRM records updated.
- - Representing ALLEN's brand values to achieve regional enrolment and expansion targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess solid Business understanding and Account Management skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or service-based industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region, and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data reporting is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
