The Business Development & Strategy Executive will work closely with management across business development, research, communication, presentations, stakeholder coordination and execution.

The role requires strong communication, organization, initiative and the ability to learn and work across different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify opportunities, prospects, partners and clients.
- Research: Research markets, industries, businesses and new opportunities.
- Lead Management: Work on company-provided leads and follow up with prospects.
- Meetings & Coordination: Attend meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Presentations & Documents: Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and business documents.
- PR & Communication: Assist with company communication and PR activities.
- IT & Digital Coordination: Coordinate with technology teams, agencies and service providers.
- Strategy & Execution: Support management in planning and implementing business initiatives.

Skills & Candidate Profile
- Fluent and confident written and verbal communication.
- Strong document preparation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, analysis, documentation and productivity.




- Good research, analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership.
- Able to learn quickly and handle wide-ranging responsibilities.

Qualifications -

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, finance, economics, commerce, technology or a related field is preferred. Candidates from other backgrounds with strong communication, analytical and execution skills may also be considered.

Compensation & Growth Annual compensation starting at Rs5,00,000 per annum, with additional performance-linked bonuses and incentives. The compensation package may be revised upward for candidates demonstrating exceptional skills, relevant qualifications, experience or strong suitability for the role.Performance-based growth incompensation and responsibilities will be considered as the candidate progresses within the organization.
