Our portfolio includes metal ceiling tiles, lay-in, clip-in, open-cell, baffles, linear ceilings and grid systems.

As trueceil continues to grow, we are looking for a Brand Development Specialist to strengthen our presence across the architecture, interiors and construction industry.

This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth, visibility and market development of an emerging brand.

The Role

You will play a key role in developing trueceil's brand presence, professional network and business opportunities.

Working closely with management, you will identify new opportunities, build relationships with industry professionals, increase brand visibility and develop a solid project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Development

- Support trueceil's brand positioning and market development initiatives.
- Develop opportunities to increase brand awareness and professional visibility.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, events and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative teams on presentations, catalogues, samples and brand communication.

Architectural & Market Engagement
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Conduct product presentations, sample demonstrations and design discussions.
- Identify upcoming projects and opportunities for TRUECEIL products to be considered or specified.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network.

Project & Business Development
- Identify new markets, customer segments and project opportunities.
- Track projects from design and specification through tender and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for samples,



technical information and quotations.
- Develop qualified business opportunities and support their conversion into projects.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, positioning and market activity.
- Track industry trends and gather feedback from customers and professionals.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities and share insights with management.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Experience in architectural products, building materials, interior products, ceiling systems, acoustics, construction or other B2B industries will be an advantage.

Experience working with architects, designers, consultants or contractors is particularly valuable.
