About the Role

MantraCare is looking for a confident and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to handle international employee onboarding.

You will interact with employees from international markets, explain MantraCare's wellness and healthcare services, assist them with registration and onboarding, answer basic queries, and ensure a smooth activation experience.

Since this is an international process, excellent spoken English and a neutral, professional communication style are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international employees for onboarding and activation.
- Communicate with employees in fluent and professional English.
- Explain MantraCare's platform, services, benefits, and programs clearly.
- Guide employees through the registration, account setup, and onboarding process.
- Follow up with employees who have not completed their onboarding.
- Handle employee questions and resolve basic registration and platform-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, onboarding status, and employee interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate technical or service-related issues.
- Ensure a positive and professional employee experience during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in BPO, International BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or Customer Success.




- Freshers may apply if they have excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong English pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills.
- Must be comfortable communicating with international customers/employees over the phone.
- Prior experience handling international voice processes will be an advantage.
- Previous night-shift experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM night shift.
- Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Only candidates currently based in Delhi should apply.
- Positive listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable working with daily productivity and onboarding targets.
