We are seeking a passionate BIM Modeler to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create precise, high-quality models and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Create highly detailed Interior documentation and shop drawings.
- Convert point cloud data into accurate Scan to BIM models.
- Produce comprehensive construction documentation and permit sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure projects meet specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Qualifications





- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Experience in Scan to BIM, MEP modeling, and construction documentation.
- Robust understanding of architectural and construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
