Role Description The Beauty Advisor – SIS Counter is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves greeting and engaging customers at the store counter, understanding their beauty and self-care needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products with accurate product information.

The Beauty

Advisor will demonstrate product usage, provide basic skincare and self-care guidance, and support customers in making informed purchase decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising and stock levels at the counter, achieving individual and store sales targets,



processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, welcoming, and brand-appropriate customer experience. The role also includes handling customer feedback, participating in promotional activities, and staying updated on new product launches and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities with skills in Customer Service and Retail Sales.
- Solid Product Knowledge and understanding of Skin Care to guide customers in selecting appropriate self-care solutions.
- Background or training in Cosmetology to provide informed beauty and skincare recommendations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meet sales targets, and maintain high service standards.
- Prior experience as a beauty advisor, skincare consultant, or in premium retail is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for billing and inventory systems; familiarity with POS tools is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent; qualified courses in beauty, skincare, or cosmetology are preferred.
