US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

? Location: Vijayawada – Work From Office

? Experience: 2–5 Years

? Employment: Full-Time

? Shift: US Operational Hours / Night Shift

### ? Key Responsibilities

Market bench consultants for C2C & Full-Time opportunities.

Handle OPT, CPT, H1B, GC & H4 EAD profiles.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, prime vendors & clients.

Leverage existing vendor databases and skilled contacts.

Understand IT technologies and match consultants with suitable requirements.

Negotiate rates and manage submissions, interviews & placements.





Maintain consultant/vendor pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly submission and placement targets.

### ? Requirements

2–5 years of US IT Bench Sales experience.

Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market.

Good understanding of software technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills.

Strong vendor/prime-vendor network preferred.

Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, CRM/ATS is a plus.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in US night shifts.
