Role Description The Bid Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading end-to-end bid and proposal activities for strategic opportunities. This role includes coordinating bid preparation, managing timelines, gathering inputs from technical, product, and commercial teams, and ensuring compliant, compelling submissions.

The Bid

Manager will analyze customer requirements, structure bid responses, develop value propositions aligned with Cognecto’s AI-driven solutions, and maintain bid documentation and process standards. Day-to-day work involves writing and reviewing proposal content, managing clarifications and queries, overseeing approvals,



and supporting post-submission follow-ups and presentations. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and knowledge repositories to increase win rates and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal documents.
- Candidates should possess skills in Bid Management and Proposal Management, including coordination of cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to timelines and requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Bid Processes, with experience in establishing or following structured bid frameworks, governance, and review cycles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to interpret RFPs/RFQs, assess risk, and align solutions with client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure-related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, legal, and finance teams, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications in proposal management or sales operations are a plus.
