At SoLit Coffee Studio, we aren’t just serving coffee; we’re curating a "happy place" where people come, sit and enjoy their coffee sips. We’re looking for a Barista who is equal parts passionate coffee geek, organised floor general, and loves meeting people.

The Mission

- The Coffee: Precision, ritual, and " Gold standard coffee" vibes. If you rush a pour-over, we might cry.
- The Space: A chill hangout place, where the vibe and great coffee are the main items on the menu.
- The Goal: To be the grounded, biophilic happening place for one of Bangalore’s busiest neighbourhoods.

Your Daily "Studio" Sessions1. The Barista Wizardry

- Dialing In: Wake up the beans. Make sure the espresso is singing and the V60 is hitting those bright, floral notes before the first guest walks in.
- Maintenance: Treat our gear like the high-end instruments they are. No dusty grinders on your watch.

2. The Ops & Chaos Control

- The Inventory Ninja: Keep the milk flowing and the beans stocked.



You’ll manage vendor relationships like a pro.
- The Flow: Optimize the bar so that even when we’re busy, the vibe remains "I got it" and never "frantic."
- The Storyteller: Enchant the customers with stories around the drinks. Make them feel a part of the cafe and the cafe a part of them.

Are You Our Person?

- Experience: You’ve spent 3-4 years in the speciality coffee trenches.
- Vibe: You radiate calm, positive energy. You’re "SoLit," but in a classy, understated way.
- Service Obsessed: You must be okay with standing for long periods, lifting bags of beans, and the occasional "urgent" Iced Cloud Latte request at 9:55 PM when we close at 10:00 pm.
- Location: You’re ready to conquer Whitefield (and you know the best shortcuts to avoid the Silk Board-level traffic).
