Role Description The Back End Travel Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Pune (Dhole Patil Road) City. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day travel operations, including processing bookings, managing itineraries, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The Back End Travel

Assistant supports business travel and leisure arrangements by maintaining reservation systems, updating travel records, and resolving backend queries from partners and clients. The role involves close collaboration with front-end teams,



timely communication with stakeholders, and adherence to company policies and service standards.

Requirement Details:-

Industry: Travel & Tourism (Preferred from DMC background)

Location: Pune (Dhole Patil Road)

- To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and visas.
- Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages.
- Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
- Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
- Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
- Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
