Role: ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst

:
Solid experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Work closely with HR, IT, and technical teams to understand existing HR processes and identify prospects for automation and process improvement.
Robust understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Knowledge Management, and HR Catalog.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Define and document as-is and to-be HR processes and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects for configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation activities.
Support UAT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, and business validation.




Coordinate with stakeholders during SIT/UAT and ensure requirements are implemented as expected.
Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.
Work with integration teams for HRSD integrations with HR systems, identity/access management, and other enterprise applications.
Prepare functional specifications and provide clarification to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support deployment, production validation, documentation, and post-go-live activities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
