Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Manager -
Lead and manage engineering teams delivering and supporting CRM, data platforms, and products/services, using Salesforce, Azure, Google Cloud, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Own technical feasibility and end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with business needs.
Lead hiring, coaching and development of engineers, with a robust focus on building high-performing teams and engineering capability.
Provide technical leadership, solution architecture and design.
Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and delivery effectiveness across projects and products.

Experience and Qualifications
Experience as a senior engineer and as an engineering manager
Delivers outcomes with efficiency and minimal wasted effort
Plans, organises,

Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to get things done
Ability to develop people
Strategic thinking and visioning
High standards. Engineering, ways of working, modern software engineering, operations, risk management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive understanding of CRM (Dynamics CRM or Salesforce) and low-code architectures and customization capabilities
Familiarity with Azure (or Google, AWS) cloud services
Experience designing solutions and architecture
Experience driving up-to-date software engineering practices
Experience with integrations and data migration
