/ Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate effectively with clients to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and recruitment timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new clientele/business opportunities.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, monitor performance, allocate requirements, and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with business associates and recruitment partners for sourcing and candidate delivery.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline across multiple job functions and levels.
Track recruitment progress, interview schedules, candidate feedback, and offer closures.
Ensure achievement of recruitment targets and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
