Are you passionate about recruitment, connecting with people, and finding the right talent? We’re looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and grow with us!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai & other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
Handle offer rollout, documentation, BGV & joining formalities
Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines
Ensure a smooth candidate experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:




1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR
Robust sourcing and screening skills
Positive communication & interpersonal skills
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
