Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager & Reel Creator is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, focusing on short-form video content and reels that highlight StyleUAI’s products and brand story.

Responsibilities include creating and editing engaging reels, managing content calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and coordinating campaigns aligned with product launches and marketing goals.



The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, experimenting with current formats and trends, collaborating with design and product teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging in all digital communication.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess Communication and Content Strategy skills to craft transparent narratives, plan campaigns, and maintain consistent messaging.
Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to support paid campaigns, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content and reels for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Ability to analyze social media metrics, draw insights, and adjust strategies based on data and trends.
Familiarity with fashion, creator economy, or consumer brands is beneficial.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
