We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with robust experience in end-to-end sales hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and building a strong sales talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and job portals.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and regular stakeholder updates.

Requirements
4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to sales hiring.
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a rapid-paced workplace.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, HRMS, or Technology Sales hiring is preferred.
