Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for leading corporate and multinational clients. The role involves understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, and coordinating the recruitment process through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring needs.
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability.
Coordinate candidate profiles, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with clients and candidates.
Manage multiple vacancies across different functions, seniority levels, and locations.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.




Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.
Stay updated on talent availability, market trends, and effective sourcing techniques.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Executive Search.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Solid sourcing and candidate-assessment abilities.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets and multiple assignments.
Positive knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other hiring platforms.
Proactive, organized, and result-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
