– Spare Parts Executive (After Sales) Job Title: Spare Parts Executive – After Sales Department: After Sales / Spare Parts Location: Muscat, Oman Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma Industry Preference: Automotive / Automotive Aftermarket Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Executive – After Sales to manage spare parts operations, inventory, customer requirements, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of automotive spare parts and solid coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day spare parts and after-sales activities.
Handle spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, workshops, and internal teams.
Maintain proper inventory and ensure timely availability of spare parts.
Identify and source required spare parts.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of parts, sales, purchases, and inventory.
Support customers with spare parts identification and product information.




Coordinate with the service/workshop team for parts requirements.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare regular reports related to stock, sales, and spare parts movement.

Requirements - B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or a relevant technical field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in spare parts / after-sales operations.
Experience in the automotive or automotive aftermarket industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory management.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
English and Hindi proficiency required.
Arabic language knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good computer skills and ability to maintain records and reports.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
