Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram focuses on driving adoption and effective use of VISCO India’s B2B Facility Tech SaaS solution for schools and colleges. The role involves engaging with educational institutions to understand facility management challenges, demonstrating product capabilities, and supporting seamless implementation and onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with school and college administrators, collecting user feedback, and collaborating with internal product and technical teams to refine features and workflows.

The role also includes training staff on system usage, monitoring performance and usage metrics, and supporting account management to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.



This position requires regular on-site client visits, documentation of requirements, and proactive communication to ensure the platform delivers measurable value in educational environments.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of SaaS products, facility management processes, or PropTech solutions for institutional clients, ideally schools and colleges.
- Experience in B2B client engagement, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, product demonstrations, and user training.
- Ability to analyze operational workflows, interpret data and usage metrics, and translate insights into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical features in clear, practical language to non-technical users.
- Comfort working on-site with clients in Gurugram, including conducting meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions at educational campuses.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Prior experience with educational institutions, facility operations, or real estate services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
