About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AWS Solutions Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in AWS architecture, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, security, and enterprise-scale cloud environments.

The role will involve working closely with engineering, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into robust AWS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions on AWS.
- Define cloud architecture, infrastructure, networking, security, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Lead AWS cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
- Design solutions using services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, CloudWatch, KMS, and AWS Organizations.
- Develop and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Establish cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
- Design secure architectures aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Work with DevOps/SRE teams on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization and optimization opportunities.
- Drive cloud cost optimization, performance improvement, and resource efficiency.




- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify architectural risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of overall experience in IT/cloud infrastructure, with significant experience in AWS architecture.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise AWS environments.
- Excellent understanding of AWS networking, security, IAM, compute, storage, databases, containers, serverless, and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of VPC, subnets, routing, VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Load Balancers, DNS, and network security.
- Experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Strong understanding of cloud security and identity management.
- Hands-on understanding of Terraform/Cloud Formation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder-management, and architectural decision-making skills.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
